Job Title: Associate Teacher

Your Role:

  • Ensure kiddos are always safe and happy.
  • Assist the lead teacher with fun, educational plans.
  • Keep our learning spaces cheerful, decorated, and tidy.
  • Share mealtime moments with our children.
  • Keep updated with state regulations and center policies.
  • Attend team meetings and parent conferences.
  • Be an advocate for our children's well-being, always reporting concerns.
  • Engage in your own professional growth.

You Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Child Development Permit or can get one soon.
  • Experience in childcare (bonus if you've studied early childhood education).
  • The strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Superb communication skills and a team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.04 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
