Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavior intervention strategies, providing parent education, and conducting ongoing data analysis.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Behavior Management
- Minimum 3 years experience as a BCBA
- Experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing treatment plans
- Ability to provide parent education and support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong data analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred
