**Job Title: Childcare Teacher**

**Job Summary:**

Kids Kampus is seeking a reliable individual who enjoys working with and positively impacting young children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children under their care. As a Childcare Teacher you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of the children, ensuring their safety and providing enriching activities.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities

- Create a structured daily schedule

- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress

- Provide basic caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, and comforting children

- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary

**Skills:**

- Experience in daycare or childcare settings preferred

- Strong classroom management skills

- Ability to provide nurturing and responsive care

- First aid and CPR certification preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children
