Our Day Care located in NE Philadelphia is seeking an energetic and passionate LEAD TEACHER and ASSISTANT TEACHER to join our team of caring professionals. FT and/or PT are available.

This job is for you if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience working in early childhood care environments;
• CDA certification;
• An associate/Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Services, or Early Child Education;
• Current clearances including but not limited to criminal background, FBI Background, Sex Offender, Child Abuse and physical examination including TB Mantoux are required

You'll also have personal qualifications including:

• excellent classroom management;
• creativity;
• reliability and timeliness;
• organization;
• good interpersonal skills;
• and the ability to work well with others as a team player.

Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like/you’re responsible for:

• Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem;
• Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs;
• Monitoring free time on the playground.

• 8 hour shift

• Philadelphia, PA 19135: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
