Our team at Soaring Eagle Casino Resort in Mount Pleasant is looking for a Children's Activities Supervisor to help join and lead our team!

Children's Activities Supervisor Job Summary:

As a Kids Quest Children's Activities Supervisor you are responsible for working closely with the center management team to oversee the basic business operations.

Children's Activities Supervisor Qualifications and Must-Have Skills:

• Be passionate about play and children, enjoy meeting new people
• Child care experience is a plus - this may include nannying, babysitting, daycare or coaching children's sports teams
• Self-motivating, hardworking, competitive, enthusiastic and energetic
• Must be able to complete and pass required background screening (which may include a drug test)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older with the ability to work in a casino/gaming environment
• One year of management experience minimum
• Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience (preferred)
• Must posses a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Children's Activities Supervisor Core Job Duties:

• Assist with the operation of the center and report to the Assistant Center Director and Center Director
• Supervising staff and ensuring the center is running at top performance
• Participate in all scheduled team meetings, workshops, conference calls, and required training programs while in dress code.
• Role model, lead, and abide by all Kids Quest policies
• Embrace a fast-paced and high-traffic work environment.
• Effectively handle customer service issues in the absence of Assistant Center Director or Center Director
• Participate and support the team in center goal achievement.
• Support cross training efforts on business tasks; empowering depth and strength throughout the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
