KidSpace Learning Center is Hiring a Child Care Teacher Near Jefferson, WI
We are looking to hire someone that loves kids, is team oriented and could start out part-time (25 hours) and then move to Full-time (30-35 hours) . We currently have 2 positions to fill. Kidspace Learning Center is located at East Elementary School in Jefferson, WI and also at Sullivan Elementary School in Sullivan, WI. This position will be located at the Jefferson, WI location. This makes it possible to utilize great school facilities such as the gym and the playground. We are geared towards promoting a healthy atmosphere for interactions with friends in both teacher-directed and child-directed experiences. Kidspace Learning Center is a place where children and staff are treasured for their uniqueness and individuality. Kidspace Learning Center serves children 4 years old to 13 years old.
DutiesCreating a fun and safe space for children
Supervising while interacting with the children.
Offering homework help for students afterschool
Help in implementing activities that are age appropriate for children
Help in art, music, learning activities with the 4 year old kindergarten children
Interact with families, parents, guardians in a respectful and friendly manner
RequirementsBe 18 years old
Have a passion for working with children and want a fun environment to do so
Have a positive attitude and want to learn and grow in the childcare field
Has flexibility
Has a good work ethic
Has a love of children
Wants to continue to grow and learn
Nice To HavesCertification to be a Primary Teacher - but can complete classes while working if needed.
