The Human Resources Liaison is responsible for the overall functioning of all Human Resources functions on a program level for the In-Patient Program at Bethlehem in association with the Corporate HR Team. Assures compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines for the staff. Works closely with the corporate HR team to disseminate information to the programs associate population.
Pay rate is based on the highest level of Degree and the years of experience in the job field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field REQUIRED. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources preferred.
Recruiting experience a must. Experience in the Health and Human Industry strongly preferred.
Excellent speaking and writing skills. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local regulations governing employment and related human resource functions preferred.
Demonstrated ability for evaluation, problem-solving, planning, organization and supervision.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
JOB DUTIES:
Coordinate with the HR Recruiter to schedule interviews with hiring managers for requested candidates. When requested, assist in the interview process.
Process requisitions through Position Manager for all positions and coordinate with recruiting on all open positions.
Assist with the collection of all onboarding documentation as needed.
Facilitate the collection of approved INS documents and send to the recruiter.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Corporate Employee Relations on the logistics of any Employee Relations matters.
All other duties as assigned by management.
