The Case Manager, Residential is responsible for the coordination and completion of all tasks, documentation and communication relevant to the provision of case management support service for clients beginning with pre-admission and ending with discharge.

Qualifications (Education, Trainings and Experience):
Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
Previous experience working with children also preferred.
Demonstrated written organizational and time management skills required.
Successful completion of a Criminal Record History check and Child Abuse History clearance
Valid Driver's License required.

Previous Case Management and or Service Coordinator experience required.
Possess basic computer skills.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9-5, evenings, Holidays and overtime when needed.

Rate:

$23.50
