We are looking for a Head Coach with an athletic or coaching background that have experience coaching kids ages 15mo-11 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience. Our hours extend from morning classes and then evening classes until 7 pm. Weekend we run classes in the morning through lunch.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Head Coach will lead and develop his/her coaching team in addition to coaching the required amount of classes
  • Recruit, hire, and train new coaches and ensure all center processes and programing is followed and executed properly.
  • Deliver predesigned workouts to parents and students (max 15 students per class) ages walking – 11 years old.
  • Energize and motivate members throughout the class
  • Build KidStrong attendance while retaining and building relationships with current members
  • Ensure safety of participants.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of Center equipment and floor
  • Low usage and parent concerns and questions calls.
  • Schedule and payroll management for all coaches
  • Teach a minimum of 24 shift classes hours per week
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Assist center director, when needed, with KidStrong center tours and sales
  • Leadership/management experience required
  • Lead the center along side the director to build a winning Center that meets KPIs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience coaching students within the KidStrong age range.
  • Experience talking and educating parents
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Self-starter that just gets a job done
Additional Job Details 
  • Working days: Weekday mornings and evenings, weekends
  • Hours per week: 25-40
  • Typical start time: 8AM
  • Typical end time: 7PM
