Job Summary:
We are a small business seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic swim instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and abilities. Swim Instructors teach lessons at clients' home and community pools! Instructors get to set their own schedule and choose the lessons you would like to teach.

Duties:
- Instruct swim lessons following established guidelines and lesson plans
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

Experience:
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching swimming is preferred

- CPR certified

- WSI certified preferred

- Ability to educate and implement behavior management techniques
