What You’ll Be Doing

Join our team as a Lab Technician , where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the our product meets customer demands.

You’ll be a key contributor to the success of our plant. Bring your expertise to a dynamic environment that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Your Role at KIK

• Know and properly use all personal safety laboratory equipment (goggles, respirators, gloves, clothing,
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Perform routine calculations in basic mathematics and algebra.
• Know the technique of dimensional analysis; be able to convert metric to English units and English to metric.
• Calculate and express chemical concentrations (percentage by weight, percentage by volume, parts per million,
• Perform mass measurements using all types of balances.
• Perform volume measurements using volumetric equipment.
• Be able to communicate with different levels of management, production Engineers, operators, purchasing personnel, product warehouse personnel, maintenance personnel, and other laboratory technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing

• High School Diploma and / or bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent degree or a high school diploma with 2 years as a Lab Analyst in a chemical manufacturing facility.
• The ability to react with urgency to achieve objectives and deadlines despite obstacles and time pressures.
• Safety Driven Individual, with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Proficient with computers and software; SAP, MS Office, Excel, etc.
• Logistics skills in planning, organizing and record keeping
