Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE

Position Summary:

Midnight Sun is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate IT services across all United States Mint service locations. This role involves managing program milestones, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and serving as the primary point of contact for the Mint's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide all program management services needed to manage the Service Areas for all United States Mint service locations.
• Provide full-time, on-site individuals with the responsibility for coordination and management of United States Mint IT services designated in the Service Areas.
  • These individuals shall be designated as key personnel and will act as primary POCs for the United States Mint COR.
• Provide data to meet the United States Mint information and analysis needs in the following areas: adherence to contract requirements, forecasting and trend projections (to include current and projected burn rates), performance quality, documentation, and production volumes.
• Monitor enterprise (CIO-level) program and project milestones, including detection and reporting of performance (e.g., slippages, etc.) and risk.
• Monitor and audit Contractor performance for quality of all required services.
• Review and participate in monthly IPRs.
• Participate in quarterly or as-needed performance reviews.
• All other duties assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or relevant degree.
• 20 years of relevant field experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• General Information Technology Services Contract Program Management Experience.
