Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality management and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Supervise daily operations to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and overall guest satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Conduct shift management to optimize staffing levels and ensure smooth service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry
- Proficiency in POS or similar restaurant management software
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes
- Experience in food service management, including menu planning and pricing strategies
