Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Customer Service Tier I Support for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities

Our Customer Service Tier 1 Support role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. (Minimum 1 year)
• Comfortable with handling high call volume.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to accurately document detailed notes.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Have daily access to dependable transportation.

Additional Information

This is a Monday- Friday role with hours between 8 : 00am-6pm. ( 40 hours per week)

This role will be hybrid after initial training. Our hybrid schedule is typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from remote.
