Kimberlite is Hiring an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk Near Fresno, CA
ABOUT THE OPENING:We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience and general accounting knowledge. You need to be able to prepare customer invoices to process customer payments and adjustments, prepare bank deposits, as well as the ability to investigate and resolve customer queries, and reconcile customer accounts. You will do follow up and resolve payment delinquencies, perform collection activity, and maintain customer files. You will also be cross-trained in performing some Accounts Payable duties as needed.
You must have strong written and oral communication skills as well as customer service skills to interact with both customers and operations staff. You need analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and you must be capable of interaction with different levels of the organization. Solid decision making skills with the ability to multi-task prioritize, and work efficiently in an organized way is paramount. Confidentiality is also required at all times.
There will be opportunities for special projects, cross-training, and assisting with other accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Solid knowledge on General Accounting concept.
- Minimum of Associate Degree or equivalent of 2 years College work.
