Technicians will be responsible for supporting the delivery of department and mill objectives for Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Culture by operating and maintaining equipment, processes, and operating areas to standard.

The Material Flow Technician provides logistical support to the various operations throughout the mill. Candidates must also be qualified to do the essential functions of the roles in the material flow department.

Additionally, technicians will be responsible to login daily to input, update, and interpret data in multiple computer software systems.

Technicians will be expected to communicate effectively using typical business software and pursue continual learning and development of new capabilities.

Accountability is key for technicians to enhance their ability to flow-to-work and provide support where needed in a High Performing Work System culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications :

• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Do you have a state and / or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate?
• 1 years of continuous work experience.
• Read and understand written instructions, rules, guidelines, Standard Work Procedures.
• Can read and write basic English, have basic math skills, intermediate computer knowledge with functional proficiency in Microsoft Office, and mechanical aptitude.
• Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug background screening
• Must be able to work 12-hours in a multi-functional team, wearing PPE, rotating shifts including : nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime (voluntary or scheduled overtime).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensures material quality.

98 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
