• Represent clients in court hearings and provide legal advice in family law matters.
• Maintain well-organized files to ensure timely updates are accessible to team members.
• Analyze legal issues, offer conflict resolution advice, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Prepare various legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Facilitate efficient case management by communicating effectively with clients and paralegals.

• To apply for the position of Family Law Associate Attorney in Austin, TX, US, you must have successfully passed the bar exam and hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Being an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) is a requirement for this role.
