Hybrid Senior Associate Attorney - Family Law

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney, leveraging your vast experience to achieve optimal results for our clients. We are in search of a seasoned expert in family law litigation and trials, adept at offering guidance to our team of associate attorneys.

Compensation:

$140,0000 - $160,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for clients in various family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases
  • Prepare legal paperwork, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
  • Conduct thorough legal research to stay informed about family law regulations and precedents
  • Offer legal guidance and advice to clients concerning their legal rights and responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
Qualifications:
  • To qualify for the Senior Associate Attorney position at Kimbrough Legal PLLC in Austin, TX, US, you must be an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is a mandatory requirement for this role
  • You should be admitted to the Texas Bar to be considered for this position
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling family law cases in the state of Texas is a non-negotiable prerequisite
  • Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance evidence is essential
  • Proficiency in effectively tracking billable hours and utilizing technology is expected
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability are crucial qualifications for this role
  • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to results-oriented outcomes are highly valued
  • Prior management experience or similar leadership roles are preferred
