We are looking to hire an Experienced Instructional Designer in our Richardson, TX office to support our Department of Transportation (DOT) practice across the nation.

This role will involve project planning and execution for a variety of training programs, execution of multiple approaches to learning and development, and broad communication to students, instructors, and other relevant constituencies, as well as collaborating on other employee communication projects. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and communicate well with professionals at all levels.

• Plan and coordinate face-to-face and virtual training sessions around the country
• Manage and coordinate communications with employees and instructors attending various training programs
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop presentations and learning aids in various formats
• Review course feedback and make recommendations for improvement
• Support other departmental activities as needed

• 4 years of experience in an instructional design role
• Bachelors degree in a related field (Hospitality, HR, Communication, Psychology)
• Excellent organization and follow-through skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with limited daily supervision
• PowerPoint, writing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel, and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications
• Some air travel is required
