Kind Hearts Learning Center is Hiring a Child Care Teacher Assistant - Part Time Near River, MA
Kind Hearts Learning Center is a new childcare center located in Fall River, MA and Seekonk, MA. We are looking for a Part Time Teacher Assistant, to join our team! Preferred applicants should possess previous experience working in an early childhood education setting and/or with children.

- Experience working with children and families

- Current CPR/First Aid preferred
- Be able to work indoors and outdoors
Responsibilities of a teacher assistant include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring safety and physical well-being of children.
- Ensuring adherence to all requirements of MA EEC regulations.
- Observing and documenting daily classroom observation logs to aid in compiling monthly classroom room meeting agendas
- Completing 20 hour of continuing education annually
- Creating a positive rapport with all parents through daily interactions
- Emailing, or using our communication app, notifications to parents and maintaining regular correspondence
- Addressing and documenting any concerns or incidents regarding children, parents, and/or staff
- Opening center (7am) or closing center (5pm) at day's end.
- Plan and conduct daily program that meets each child's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs based on our curriculum philosophy
- Any duties assigned to you by the Director or owners
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
