Responsibilities
- Assist lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers and infants
- Support children's development through play, learning, and social interaction
- Help with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Ensure a clean and organized daycare setting
- Collaborate with team members to meet the needs of each child
- Follow health and safety protocols for childcare facilities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs
