Position Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the planning, scheduling and record keeping of work orders. The Maintenance Coordinator works closely with Maintenance Leadership, Production Planners and Production Leadership to ensure that all work done minimizes equipment downtime while keeping the equipment in good working order. This job requires direct involvement with the site’s CMMS for work orders being generated, planned, scheduled, issued, retrieved, and filed. In addition, the Maintenance Coordinator assists with verifying work order completion is being documented following the site’s requirements.
Daily activities would include CMMS data entry and management, preventative maintenance scheduling and corrective maintenance planning and coordination. As needed, work would include visits to the production areas for work order clarification, confer with work order requestors, review, and prioritize work orders.
It is an expectation to always be looking at how the scheduling and planning process can be improved to enhance overall equipment efficiency.
Required

• HS diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of a CMMS program such Maximo, SAP or D365.
• Knowledge of Planning & Scheduling methodologies and
