As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Dialysis you will:
- Perform dialysis and patient care activities for the End Stage Renal Disease and Acute Care patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with Kindred Healthcare policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as OSHA, JCAHO, CMS, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Report to the Dialysis Program Manager or Dialysis Supervisor at the respective facility.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Dialysis you will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN state license required.
- Twelve (12) months of clinical nursing experience and providing nursing care to dialysis patients.
