As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Dialysis you will:
Perform dialysis and patient care activities for the End Stage Renal Disease and Acute Care patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with Kindred Healthcare policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as OSHA, JCAHO, CMS, federal, state, and local regulations.
Report to the Dialysis Program Manager or Dialysis Supervisor at the respective facility.
Qualifications
As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Dialysis you will have:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN state license required.
Twelve (12) months of clinical nursing experience and providing nursing care to dialysis patients.
