You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. A real estate license is required. $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions

• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions

• Find acquisition properties
• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
• Investment property lead generation
• Investment property lead follow-up
• Listing appointments
• Investment property buyer and seller sales

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
