Kindred Spirits Mobile Bar is a woman-owned Mobile Bartending Company in the Rogue Valley, dedicated to creating unforgettable event experiences. We are seeking an organized and creative Marketing and Logistics Assistant to join our team. If you thrive on flexibility and enjoy a variety of tasks, this could be the perfect role for you!

**Position Overview: **

This is a very part-time salaried position, averaging 3-5 hours a week at your own pace. Some weeks might be as little as 1-2 hours of work, while others might need up to 9-15 hours, depending on task fluctuations. This would be a great opportunity for a student, stay-at-home parent, or anyone wanting to supplement their income. In addition to these salaried tasks, the ideal candidate would have weekend/evening availability to work at a few events per month. (these are paid out separately)

**Qualifications: **

- Minimum 21 years of age

- OLCC server's permit or ability to obtain one

- Must have a current driver's license and own transportation

- Flexible schedule with occasional weekend/evening availability

- Reliable & Organized

-Great communication

- Access to phone and internet

- Creative and knowledgeable about social media platforms

- Basic computer and phone skills (Email, Word; basic Excel is a plus)

- Professional and self-motivated

**Key Duties: **

- Create and post social media content (2 posts per week minimum)

- Handle miscellaneous shopping and order pick-up/drop-offs

- Maintain inventory and record keeping

- Pack totes and organize for events

-Miscellaneous tasks such as viewing venues, delivering paperwork to city officials, etc.

- Be available for at least 2 events per month, these are usually nights & weekends.

(setup, teardown, and training)

*Note: Bartending experience is not necessary, we will train the right candidate. Event work/hours are paid separately at an hourly rate and are not included in the salaried pay.
