Kinect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP S4/HANA to join our client’s team, a prominent food services supplier with locations in Edina, MN, West Fargo, ND, and Naperville, IL. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be onsite for 10 days a month, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the time.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, developing technical specifications, and implementing system solutions that enhance the company’s operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across various locations to ensure that the IT systems, particularly SAP S4/HANA, align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP S4/HANA implementations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies to improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to users on SAP S4/HANA and related systems.
• Create detailed documentation and reports on system changes, process improvements, and project status.
• Act as a liaison between the business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP S4/HANA.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Experience with Windows GUI, SAP Business Objects, and SAP TM 9.6 is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Objects and SAP TM 9.6.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
