Kinetica is Hiring a Dental Territory Sales Manager – Cleveland, Ohio Near Cleveland, OH

Kinetica is proud to be partnered with an Dental endodontic manufacturer, committed to advancing the field of endodontics through innovation, quality, and clinical excellence. With a comprehensive portfolio and achieving double digit growth above industry averages, this company is rapidly expanding and looking for a driven salesperson to join the team in Cleveland, Ohio.

Reporting directly to the VP Sales, this role will take over a well-established region, performing well above quota in 2024. Looking for someone to both maintain current accounts, and bring on new business where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling, to expand the customer base.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to drive product advocacy and brand awareness.
  • Provide product education, training, and support to dental professionals, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure optimal utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales initiatives, address customer needs, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand visibility, network with key stakeholders, and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools and systems.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in events.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience selling products in the dental industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
