Our client, a purveyor of childhood instructional programs, is hiring multiple Customer Service professionals to assist during their busy Summer season!
In this role, you will focus on providing customer satisfaction and supporting departmental goals by accurately processing and responding to customer requests in a professional and supportive manner. Enjoy working within an empathetic, professional, and collaborative team environment!
What you will do:
· Gain familiarity with various course offerings and products
· Order and registration processing, product information delivery, course enrollment creation and customer follow up
· Ability to research customer records in various applications and report on specific details as requested
· Provide departmental and receptionist coverage as needed
· Assist with mail process including the opening, sorting and distribution of mail
· Ability to shift priorities and adapt to high activity environment
· Assist in other departments as needed
· Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED
Up to a year of customer service or call center experience - minimum

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
