King Chiropractic is Hiring a Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Near Eureka, CA

We are a busy chiropractic office looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant.
This is an upbeat environment!

This receptionist position is a bustling hub of office activity, facilitating timely patient flow and supporting the needs of doctor and therapists in serving our patients. Answering 3-line phone, scheduling appointments, welcoming and assisting patients, data collection/entry, and fee collection and appointment scheduling at end of visit are the central functions. Medical record security, money handling, deposits, opening/closing procedures are included. Multitasking skills are essential.

Administrative assistant duties include managing and secretarial tasks, support and backup roles to other staff positions, handling of accounts receivables, medical records, office systems, and excellent customer service. Cross-training will be required. Interest in, and capacity for, over-arching scope is imperative.

Professionalism and kind-hearted genuineness are key in this office. Simplicity and freshness describe the image we portray for a natural health care life-style.

We will train the right person. Excellent people skills, calm demeanor, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, strong math skills, experience with basic computer systems, and strong multitasking capabilities are required. Experience with 10-key adding machine, business typing, and business correspondence preferred. Training and support structures here are strong.
