Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues when needed
- Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is a plus
- Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales
