JOB SUMMARY
- Assitsts Welcome & Information Centers management team by rounding on responsible areas, greeting and assisting patients and visitors, and facilitating the response to customer concerns.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties:
- Scheduling for the Welcome and Information Center.
- Ensures department has adequate coverage to meet the needs of customers and team members.
- Reviews with team, customer satisfaction results and tracks trends if necessary.
- Processes payroll for bi-weekly direct deposit vouchers.
- Coordinates with Welcome & Information Centers management team for monthly team meetings.
- Composes and types routine correspondence to team members and coordinating departments.
- Utilizes and manages e-visitor system, ARC, Everbridge, House Calls Pro, and other programs utilized by the department.
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum requirement:
  - Associates Degree or three years related experience
  - Advanced computer skills
  - Ability to type 35 cwpm
- Preferred qualifications:
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Works indoors in an office/clinic setting
- The noise level is usually moderate
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Constantly required to maintain a stationary position behind a computer.
- Frequently required to move about inside the department.
- Constantly required to communicate telephonically and face to face with colleagues and customers.
- Constantly required to operate a computer and telephone.
- Constantly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
