**Job Requirements:**
* Strong ability to lead and develop a team through coaching, training, and mentorship.
* Hands on Supervisor with the ability to learn and execute all stations within the restaurant.
* Ability to learn in-depth menu knowledge with a passion for food quality.
* Must be a Curious, Critical and Collaborative thinker who is always eager to learn and teach.
* Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to provide feedback and coaching to team.
* Participates in weekly Manager meeting
* Work a rotating schedule which includes open, mid, and closing shifts as assigned.
**Skills/Experience:**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
* Proficient in English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic math and common-sense reasoning ability.
* Phenomenal Customer Service
* Self-motivated with the ability to see what is needed to be done with little direction.
* Ability to model, coach, and enforce values, human and food safety, and sanitation.
* High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
* Ability to arrive to work on-time for all assigned shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
* Able to balance multiple tasks and work well in an environment with time constraints.
