Our client is currently seeking to add a Remote New Jersey PIP Claims Examiner to their New Jersey team. This role entails managing a variety of moderate to complex New Jersey PIP claims, covering tasks such as coverage analysis, investigation, reserving, and settlements. This person will have the opportunity to work Remotely.

• Manage New Jersey PIP claims, encompassing coverage and eligibility analysis, investigation, medical management, medical payments, and vendor coordination.
• Formulate and implement strategies to efficiently resolve claims, assess damages promptly, engage in negotiations, and finalize settlements in accordance with guidelines.
• Set and maintain appropriate reserves for each claim to accurately reflect financial exposure.
• Provide mentorship, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of designated team members.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in PIP/No-Fault claims
• In-depth understanding of New Jersey PIP Law
• Personal desktop computer or laptop with high-speed internet
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of relevant claim procedures, statutes, compliance, insurance laws, and coverage

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary ranging from $63,000 to $70,000 (depending on experience)
