**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our bookkeeping and accounting processes, handle project budgets, and track our key performance indicators (KPIs). This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Process accounts payable and receivable.

- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

- Manage project budgets and track expenses.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide insights.

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and profitability.

- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in the construction or exterior design industry is a plus.
