What's the job?

• Support in the preparation process of budgets, forecasts, business plans
• Providing ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations to support business decisions
• Leading various simplification, standardization and optimalisations projects
• Building relationships across different groups of stakeholders
• Consolidation and presentation of monthly financial reports
• Preparation of reports for the needs of various stakeholders
• Supporting end to end month-end closing process
• Leading and mentoring analyst team

What you'll bring

• At least a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Mathematics
• CIMA/ACCA qualifications would be a strong advantage
• Over 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Previous experience with Power BI and Power Automate would be a strong advantage
• Previous stakeholder management experience
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (including attention to detail)
• Ability to articulate complex financial issues in a concise manner
• Great communication and relationship building skills
• Strong financial acumen (including understanding of IFRS or local GAAP)
• Familiarity with planning and accounting tools
• Project management skills would be an asset
• Strong leadership and management skills
