Kings Group Logistics is a leading Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) that specializes in international trade services for the supply chain. We offer transportation of goods by sea and air, as well as domestic transportation. Our services include freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and distribution.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Salesperson at Kings Group Logistics. The Inside Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, managing accounts, managing contracts, liaising with operations department and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is located in Springfield, NJ with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales experience
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
