Hanford, CA
The crisis team provides 24/7 crisis evaluation and intervention face to face to residents of Kings County at designated sites to determine if criteria for W&I Code 5150/5585 et. Seq criteria are met. The Access Team provides screening and intake assessments to consumers seeking outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and facilitates linkage and engagement in those services. The Mental Health Clinician II is a member of both Access and Crisis Teams. Consult with supervisor and/or management (chain of command) on all high- risk cases or cases that involve other community agencies. This position requires non-traditional hours based on the needs of the clinic to be provided out of the Hanford office unless permitted to work remotely.
