What You Will Do:
· Offer clients a comprehensive and consultative approach to identifying and hiring top talent.
· Engage local audiences effectively through networking, client meetings (virtual and in-person) with business owners and decision makers, maintain consistent communication to support brand awareness and develop long-term relationships.
· Utilize our micro-targeted digital platforms like Google and LinkedIn.
· Provide clients with the opportunity to work with our dynamic team of project managers to bring you the talent you need without the challenges of today’s workforce.
· Bonuses begin immediately and are uncapped when meeting basic qualifications and customized for greater income potential depending on the plan that works best for you.
· Enjoy the freedom to control your schedule and work a hybrid schedule (mostly remote) and no evenings or weekends.
