To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are currently seeking a Project Manager who will manage all aspects of projects, acting as a liaison between internal departments such as sales, engineering, manufacturing, procurement and installation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives to ensure technical feasibility.
• Assume oversight of the project following order entry (first submittal/approved/signed submittal drawings and entry into the production planning system) and maintains ongoing and regular customer communication and updates.
• Provides crisis or project delay intervention and leads resolution efforts.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks prior to manufacturing.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Provide updates to management bi-weekly. Provide same-day updates if a project delay or cost increase is expected.
• Participate in production schedule meetings to ensure that on-time delivery commitments are maintained.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to maintain critical path schedules.
• Escalate project issues to management that will/may impact the customer or the project cost.
• Performs other related project duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of successful track record in project management of multiple projects, executed in parallel
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and high-level multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of metals, plastics. metal forming, welding, and assembly
• Strong mechanical, science, analytical/problem solving skills and high math aptitude
• Excellent leadership and personnel management skills with employees at all levels
• Self-Motivated
