• Provide personalized patient care , including administering medications, performing treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
• Evaluate the physical, mental, and emotional needs of our residents and develop personalized care plans—no cookie-cutter care here!
• Promote dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions, embracing a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach to resident care.
• Keep residents, their families, and team members informed and engaged, ensuring everyone is happy and in the loop.

• An active RN license in the state of North Carolina .
