Kingswood Farms, LLC is Hiring a House Manager/Personal Assistant Near Panama, FL

As busy owners of multiple growing businesses, we are looking to hire a house manager/cook to help us organize, run and maintain our household and day-to-day needs of our family. We need a professional assistant to calm the chaos!

Though some tasks will need to be done every week, each week will bring plenty of variety. We will obviously be providing direction, but we also need someone who can look around and take initiative to just get things done, without a lot of hand-holding or supervision. Anticipate our needs, eliminate our to-do lists, and you’ll have a job for life!

  • are good with dogs (we have standard poodles).

Requirements: You must live in Panama City, FL and have your own transportation, plus your own smartphone. You must also be willing to undergo a background and credit check, as well as sign a confidentiality agreement. No smoking or vaping allowed on the property.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HOUSE MANAGER/PERSONAL ASSISTANT:

  • Meal Planning, Shopping, and Cooking: plan healthy and nutritious meals, meal prep, procure ingredients, cook meals with fresh ingredients, and serve meals. Prepare meals for heat and serve when you are not working. Help with holiday meal planning as requested. The bulk of your hours will be spent in the kitchen.
  • Light Cleaning: Cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, wiping down counters, dusting, unloading the dishwasher, and keeping our home looking clean and tidy. Most days at our home will include with a quick speed clean, tidy decluttering of the main living spaces to ensure a place for everything and everything in its.
  • Keeping the house stocked, whether it’s the fridge or the pantry or making sure we always have enough pet food, supplies, toilet paper and milk on hand.
  • Personal Assistant tasks: Managing travel, buying gifts, conducting research for day-to-day needs, planning events, etc.
  • Running errands: post office, fed-ex, returns, grocery shopping, just to name a few!
  • Organization: With constant travel, our house always feels a bit chaotic and cluttered and the bulk of your hours will be spent organizing closets, the pantry, bookshelves, our cars, toy bins, etc. We’re looking for someone who truly sparks joy when they can color code and geek out on spreadsheets and considers “neat freak” to be high praise.
  • Dog Watching: Let the dogs out to potty, keep their food and water dishes clean and filled. Clean up as necessary.
  • Occasional seasonal and one-off tasks like organizing the pantry, cleaning out the fridge, wrapping gifts, putting up and taking down holiday decorations, etc.

Pay is $20-25 per hour, based upon experience, with expected hours of 40 hours (5-6 days) per Week, to include one day per weekend. Health, Dental, and Vision benefits are available, as well as a 401k program! Personal Time Off (PTO) is included in your compensation packages.
