Kinsa is recruiting for a: Product Development Specialist – Food/Personal Care

Location: Onsite in Ft. Myers, Florida

Our client is a leading distributor of a variety of natural health products including food and personal care with a new opportunity for a Product Development Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for coordinating the product development process from ideation to commercialization as well as becoming a team member developing new products for first to US market products. Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing projects through their ideation to launch
• Oversee product development activities with vendors during formulation, quoting, and trial stages while maintaining project timelines
• Assist in the research and development of new and existing product concepts and trends
• Create a competitive market analysis for new products to advise on appropriate pricing
• Collaborate with team members during internal development processes during compliance documentation, label review and design

Education & Experience Needed:

• 3 years of product development experience in the food, natural products, ingredients or personal care industries
• Bachelor of Food Science preferred
