Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a prestigious hotel. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accuracy in booking information
- Perform end-of-day accounting tasks and prepare reports for management
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the front desk operations

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and guest services
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
