GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
Duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
EDUCATION: Must have sufficient communication and language skills to enable you to perform your duties and communicate with residents, other staff, family members, health care professionals, etc. as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous experience caring for the memory care population is preferred.

SUPERVISON: RN - Needs to be able to take directions and follow through with each task without reminders.
WORK CONDITIONS: Works indoors on mostly vinyl and wood, some carpeting. Adequate lighting and ventilation is provided. Potential risk for falling residents, heavy lifting. Works daily with a variety of staff, residents, and families.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out all tasks and directions in a timely and efficient manner to provide the best quality service for our residents. Responsible to assure that all resident care needs are met and resident information is kept confidential. You must be responsible not to involve resident’s family or friends in your personal life.
