Job Description: As a Drain Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial drainage systems. You will work as part of a team to provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their drainage systems function efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on drainage systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot drainage issues using advanced tools and techniques.
- Operate drain cleaning equipment, including hydro-jetters, augers, and camera inspection systems.
- Clear blockages and ensure proper flow in pipes and drains.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Document work performed and complete service reports accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Drain Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using drain cleaning tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
