Responsibilities

• Drive design opportunities by connecting user and business needs, using insights from cross-functional partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality, cohesive solutions and maintain design consistency.
• Manage end-to-end design processes, from strategic planning, and user research to detailed execution.
• Use and extend the TiDB Cloud design system.
• Work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a product designer at product-lead companies.
• End-to-end ownership and deliverable of high-impact product features.
• Demonstrated experience in applying user research methodologies throughout product development cycles.
• Strong work ethic, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for and dedication to your field.

• Experience participating in or leading user research sessions.
• Domain experience in databases, SaaS products, or cloud services.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is USD $150k to $200k. The actual individual base pay will depend on various factors such as the complexity and responsibility of the role, work locations, job levels, and relevant experience and skills. This role is also eligible to participate in PingCAP's Bonus and Equity Plan, as well as our Sales Compensation Plan if it is a sales role. In order to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all US job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Please note that actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies.
