**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service management.

**Duties:**

- Manage dining room staff and ensure excellent customer service

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

- Oversee dining room setup, including table arrangements and cleanliness

- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Train and mentor dining room staff on service standards

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in the food industry and managerial experience

- Knowledge of catering, cash handling, and food production processes

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Understanding of hospitality principles and customer service best practices

- Familiarity with culinary techniques and menu planning

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
