Job Summary

We are looking for a social first image and video producer with editing experience to work in our Brooklyn based office. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the mission to dress people authentically!

Content Production Social Media

• Capture stills and video of in-house BTS content
• Planning, capturing, and editing of new content for web and social platforms
• Graphic design for social - creating branded content for Instagram stories and in-feed posts
• Developing captions for social content and posting 
• Conduct research and utilize that knowledge to optimize social media features such as hashtags and engagement tools
• Utilize tools to assist in the planning of the social media content calendar and scheduling posts on a variety of social platforms
• Photo/Video Post Production 
• Instagram TikTok Research for Trends Sounds for Reels TikToks. Pull insights that are aligned with the overarching creative strategy with the brand’s target audience
• Social video editing 
• (color grading, speed ramping, match cuts, creating title cards, and subtitles) Preferably in Davinci Resolve
• iPhone editing software (Capcut, inshot, etc) 
• Assist in the collection and analysis of the social platforms analytics and provide strategic suggestions regarding the reports 

Influencer Marketing

• Administrative support around communication via email and social
• Creating orders for Influencers 
• Conducting influencer research

Photoshoot Support

• Day Of 
• Coming up with briefs/plan for social media video captures 
• Capture content
• Prep logistics for models and product as needed for shoots 
• Edit content according to brand guidelines 

Required Prior skills/experience/background

• Prior experience creating social-first content for brands 
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Lightroom skills are a must)
• Strong working knowledge of Davinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere 
• Strong working knowledge of iPhone editing software (ex. capcut, inshot, etc)

Preferred Experience

•  Experience with DSLR cameras and cinematic cameras
