Primary responsibilities include providing consultative support and problem resolution for all consumer and business clients, with special emphasis on customer collaboration with digital solutions, products, accounts, maintenance, and servicing; collaborating with internal partners to resolve issues as needed; engaging with internal business partners to provide insight and information as applicable.
Qualifications
- Exhibits high degree of professionalism in all aspects of interactions with customers, whether in person, on the telephone, or via written communications
- Possesses excellent phone and effective interpersonal communications skills
- Skilled at problem resolution
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Proficient technology skills
- Knowledge of teller and platform systems
- One to two years' experience in a banking environment preferred
