We are looking to hire a Business Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. Growing business revenue by implementing additional streams of business. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary business functions
• Design and implement procedures to improve profitability.
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Supervise clerical staff and other employees.
• Design work schedules and organize employee training.
• Resolve employee and client issues.
• Ensure the work facility is safe, free of security issues and in compliance with all government regulations.

​Qualifications:

• Past experience creating a secondary revenue stream for a business separate from the established primary business 
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with decision making
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to analyze company procedures to make improvements
• Ability to create work schedules and budgets
• Taking initiative, provprovidingat customer service
• Minimum 3 years of administrative services or other related fields
• Quickbooks / Google Drive/ Trello / Dropbox
• Must have 1-year Event Industry Experience
